Has taken part in the course Coaching leadership: growing through feedback, and has demonstrated the ability to give and receive feedback in order to improve and reinforce successful behaviour in themselves and others. This includes developing the ability to adapt to different people's behavioural styles, build trust and give full focus to the situation and the other person by challenging, asking questions and above all listening to the answers: the coaching approach.
