Building and property technology is a 25 YH credit course at TUC Yrkeshögskola that gives in-depth knowledge of buildings and properties, how different types of properties are built, and structures, materials, equipment and systems. The course gives knowledge of the construction process and building engineering solutions, and the competence to interpret drawings. You also gain knowledge of requirements for function, indoor and outdoor climate, fire protection and inspection technique according to BBR, as well as how to relate to the Svanen ecolabel, Green Building Council and Miljöbyggnad. The course is part of TUC's programmes for property and operations technicians.
