I kursen får den studerande lära sig ekonomiska principer ochbudgeteringstekniker i yrkesrollen som arbetsledare inom socialt arbete. Den studerande lär sig skapa och hantera scheman för bemanning av personal och resurser samt att dokumentering och journalföring hanteras rättssäker. Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna organisera och prioritera arbetsuppgifter och resurser för att uppnå organisationens mål.
