In the course the student learns about employment law based on current employment laws and ordinances. The student learns methods and tools for supervision in social work and thereby develops sustainable and effective leadership. The course also covers recruiting and onboarding employees. After completing the course, the student shall be able to supervise and develop staff in their professional role.
When you complete the course, TUC Yrkeshögskola issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
