The work-based project is the final practical course in the YH program Property Manager at TUC Yrkeshögskola. You carry out a project at a workplace where you connect earlier theoretical knowledge with reality and draw your own conclusions about the property manager role. During the project you keep an ongoing logbook of your reflections and lessons learned. The course also gives insight into the industry's occupational roles and the property manager's role and responsibilities in the organization and in society.
The aim of the course is for the student to be able to link back to previously acquired theoretical knowledge and independently draw conclusions about the property manager role based on the workplace-based project.
