The course is a continuation course and equals to two-weeks of studies in higher education. This course was running from September 2025 - January 2026. Course description: The aim of the course is to strengthen participants' ability to promote doctoral students' growth into independent researchers through a meaningful teaching-learning process. After the course the participant is expected to be able to reflect on supervisory practices in relation to educational literature and theory and to report a development project of one's own supervision.
