Strengthening Dialogue is a dialogue method that goes beyond traditional coaching and has much more impact. Research shows that if the coach has a high level of confidence in the jobseeker's abilities, this is crucial to the outcome. The course is a training-intensive programme where participants develop the skills and approach needed to really get results. It's about how and who you are as a coach, how you are perceived, what you radiate, what approach you have - all that is absolutely crucial to how it goes. The training is down-to-earth, practical and tough, with lots of real-life role-plays and subsequent feedback. This document certifies that the participant has completed Strengthening Dialogue.
