Course description MODULE 1: Performance Management Learning provides a practical understanding of how objectives, metrics, working methods, and culture create stable, predictable results in day-to-day operations. Participants learn how to analyse flows, reduce variation, develop standards and direct the team's attention towards what truly drives quality, efficiency and customer value. MODULE 2: Change Management Learning focuses on how to lead the transition from the current state to the desired state through clear objectives, behavioural influence and a structured change process. The emphasis is on creating meaning, building engagement, managing resistance and adapting the management system so that new working methods become sustainable and embedded in the culture. MODULE 3: Design and Planning of an Operational Development Project The learning includes a project assignment aimed at improving an organisation's operational capability. The project is carried out in groups for an external client seeking to address a current operational challenge in the business more effectively. Scope: The course covers approximately 400 hours of which approximately 100 hours are teacher-led. The remainder includes time for private study (recommended time or more) and examinations.
