Course description MODULE 1: Target-setting and process development The learning focuses on how to identify and analyse the company's target structure and business processes in order to see how the organisation creates customer value in its business operations, i.e. its business model and the operational challenges facing its day-to-day activities. MODULE 2: Design of performance management The learning focuses on developing an understanding of how control and leadership should be shaped to make it easy for employees and managers to perform at a high level and for control and leadership to be forward-looking so the organisation can be continuously improved and developed in a given direction. MODULE 3: Design and planning of a corporate project The learning focuses on working independently in a group to improve the capability of an organisation through a project assignment which is a process development project. The work is done for an external client with a current operational issue to be addressed as a performance problem. Scope: The course covers approximately 400 hours of which approximately 100 hours are teacher-led. The remainder includes time for private study (recommended time or more) and examinations.
