The training provides, among other things, in-depth knowledge in: Symbiotic business and technology development Technical strategy, technical leadership and operational structure Relationship between customer needs and value proposition Innovation, business case, negotiation and risk- and AI-perspecive Over 8 days the course covers theory, practical exercises, instructor-led lectures, discussions and workshops. Certification is granted after presentation of the course-long group work.
